Update your own notification preferences

Replaces the notification types the calling member muted. A muted type is left out of that member’s own list and unread count. It is still raised, still delivered to email, Slack, Discord and the webhook, and still shown to every other member. Needs notifications:write and a user. No role is needed. An API key has no user and answers 403 USER_IDENTITY_REQUIRED.
